You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access to the Service will continue until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer partial refunds for unused portions of a billing cycle unless required by law.

Prompts generated using the Service are yours to use freely. You retain ownership of any images you upload. We do not claim any rights over your content.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the prompts generated will produce specific results with any particular AI video tool. Results depend on the AI tool you use and are beyond our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, jewelrywear.shop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
